Holiday Home 77 is located in the quiet, small-scale De Zandput bungalow park in Zoutelande. Our vacation home, located just 500 meters from the beach, was completely renovated with great care in 2025 and is equipped with all the luxury amenities. During your stay, you (and your four-legged friends) will likely have everything you need. The surrounding area also offers plenty of opportunities for an unforgettable vacation on the Zeeland Riviera!

This vacation home, featuring 2 bedrooms (with the option of an extra camp bed) and 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs), offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful week at Holiday Home 77 in Zoutelande. Everything is new and beautifully decorated. It’s centrally located—you can get to Middelburg and Vlissingen in 20 minutes, and Neeltje Jans in 30 minutes. There’s also a lovely little house, number 81. This one is reserved for next year. We had such a wonderful week in this amazing house, with every comfort you could imagine. It’s wonderfully peaceful, located in a small vacation park and close to the beautiful beach. And it’s dog-friendly, too. We went on some fun trips to Veere, Middelharnis, and Middelburg. We’ll definitely do this again.

A fantastic house in a beautiful, spacious, and quiet park.

Sleek, modern new house. Very well finished with beautiful materials. Tastefully decorated. Lovely garden: lawn, patio, fence—perfect for our dog. Spacious kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of dishes. Large refrigerator. Spacious bathroom. Comfortable beds. Close to the beach, with nice beach pavilions. We rented a beach cottage—it was wonderful.

In short: we had a really wonderful week, and after a trip to the beach, it was always nice to “come home” to such a cozy house every day.

What a beautiful holiday home. Brand new and fully furnished. Every detail has been taken care of, including a nice bottle of wine and a treat for the dog. A nice park with an even nicer setting. The beach is nearby, and there are beautiful areas for walking and biking, as well as charming villages with shops and restaurants in the area. In short, I had a great time!
